Our first leash broke due to a chewing mishap by my Czech pup. I emailed and asked for help and they delivered. Helped my recycle the parts that were salvageable and rebuilt the leash using those parts at a lower cost then buying new. Everything else we’ve ordered there has been fantastic. As she grows we will surely order more.
