Got my harness and it looked like a work of art…unfortunately it was too small for Duke…. Customer service was a breeze and i returned the too small harness for an extra large….i think it should get here soon…Duke will then be a happy camper…by the way he is a 110 lb silver lab and definitely needs XL…… thank you🇺🇸

They went above normal service to fix a mistake I made when ordering two collars. Will buy from them again
