I ordered the wrong collar for my new pup. Since they are custom made, I knew I couldn't return it. But I reached out, and they just made me pay the shipping fee. Very quick to respond back as well!
The fact that these collars are made in the USA is a plus but they’re the best quality I’ve ever. I have 3 Boxers and the buckles are so strong and the colors are perfect. I will continue to purchase these for my girls
